How do I place an order on MyEthnic?
Browse our collections, select your item(s) and preferred size/colour, add them to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Complete your billing and shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Modifications or cancellations are possible only if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order number and change request. Once the order is shipped or processed in our dispatch system, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
What happens if I change my mind after placing the order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
02. Shipment
When will my MyEthnic order be dispatched and delivered?
Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery timelines depend on your location and product availability; once shipped, you can track your parcel via the link provided.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking number via email (or SMS) which you can use to monitor the delivery status through our courier partner’s website.
What if my shipping address is wrong or I want to change it?
Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need an address change. If the order hasn’t gone into dispatch/warehouse processing, we may be able to update it. Once the parcel is out with the courier, we cannot guarantee a change of address.
03. Returns & Exchanges
What is the returns & exchange policy at MyEthnic?
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Exchanges or returns must be initiated within the timeframe specified on our site after receiving your order. Eligibility may vary by product (e.g., sale items, customised items may be excluded).
How do I request an exchange or return?
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return label (if applicable). Once we receive and inspect the product in our warehouse, we’ll initiate your refund, credit note or send your replacement.
Do I have to pay for return shipping or restocking fees?
Return/exchange shipping costs and any handling fees may apply depending on the reason for return (change of mind vs. defective product) and your location. Please refer to the specific policy details for fees applicable to your order.

We aim to serve customers globally, but international shipping availability, timelines, duties & taxes may vary by destination. Please check at checkout whether your country is serviceable and what additional shipping/customs charges may apply.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. We will arrange a return, refund or replacement as per our policy, and we cover shipping in such cases.
